Underfoot Feel

DNA LOFTv2 midsole foam provides superb cushioning and also ensures an easy, smooth transition from landing to toe-off. The highly-cushioned midsole also has an updated construction which is lighter and more durable than before. Additionally, the segmented crash pad smooths transitions from heel to toe-off. The crash pad also reduces stress on joints and muscles. 

Upper Fit

3D Fit Print technology adds support to the air mesh upper. This durable design provides targeted structure as your foot moves.

Ideal Run Type

The Brooks Women’s Ghost 15 1D Running Shoes are soft and cushioned running shoes. They are ideal for a mix of long, easy miles and some steadier paced runs.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
