Underfoot Feel

The nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 midsole is soft, lightweight and responsive, and also provides a highly-cushioned and protective feel. It is also highly durable and delivers bounce and comfort no matter how far or how fast the run! The GuideRails Holistic Support System shifts the focus beyond the feet and onto the knees. It will keep you moving comfortably by minimising and slowing excess movement.

An Ortholite sockliner elevates the step-in comfort further. The outsole design also delivers smooth and stable transitions from heel to toe-off.

Ideal Run Type

The Brooks Women’s Glycerin GTS 20 Running Shoes are soft and stable and provide supreme comfort and some additional guidance when required across a range of paces. On recovery runs or long runs runners will benefit from the level of cushioning these shoes provide with the midsole foam also responding superbly when the pace increases!

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
