This is a revolutionary shoe which embraces some of the technologies developed for Nike’s fastest road shoes.

Underfoot Feel

This is the first Nike trail shoe to use ZoomX foam in the construction of the midsole. This brings fantastic cushioning and energy return and adds a really protective feel on rough trails. The soft ZoomX foam surrounds a firmer carrier foam which also stabilises the shoe.

The highly-cushioned midsole construction protects joints and also reduces the stress placed on muscles over long distances. A rugged outsole design incorporates widely spaced lugs and performs well across a variety of different terrains.

Upper Fit

The engineered mesh upper provides additional support in key zones. It includes a supportive heel construction and an ankle gaiter which also helps prevent any loose debris entering the shoe. The bottom of the lacing is strengthened and protective skins also add additional durability around the toe box.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Women’s ZoomX Zegama Trail Running Shoes will perform well over long distances on varied off-road terrain. They will also help runners deal with the effects of fatigue from the rigours of big mileage on rough trails through the use of highly protective ZoomX foam.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
